# Scaling Clipping Operations

<figure><img src="/files/vXqyktTNYxvs5gpAYEEt" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In this guide, I am going to go over how you can scale clipping operations by using a variety of tools and resources that will allow you to effectively post videos across 10, 50, 100, or even 1,000+ accounts spread across large numbers of devices.

As mentioned in the previous section (**Ultimate Clipping Guide**), the setup begins to vary slightly as you increase the number of accounts you want to manage. While the core principles remain the same, additional considerations need to be made regarding account management, device management, automation, and overall workflow efficiency.

In this section, I am going to go over a variety of tools and resources that can help streamline this process so that you can effectively scale your clipping operations.

<mark style="color:$success;">**PhoneBoxes**</mark>

The first thing you are going to need more of is devices. You will need additional devices so that you can manage more Instagram accounts. There are a couple of options you can choose from when looking to scale the number of phones you have. The first option is simply to purchase additional devices and operate them individually.

<mark style="color:$warning;">**Disclaimer:**</mark> <mark style="color:$warning;"></mark><mark style="color:$warning;">I want you to be aware that anytime I refer to devices, I am referring specifically to Android phones. As you continue reading this section, you will notice that I introduce an application called</mark> <mark style="color:$warning;"></mark><mark style="color:$warning;">**Nomix Cloner**</mark><mark style="color:$warning;">. This is an app that allows you to clone multiple Instagram applications on the same device so that you can log into up to 40 accounts per device (more on this later).</mark>

<mark style="color:$warning;">The point I am trying to make here is that you need Android devices for app cloning to work, since Nomix Cloner is not compatible with iPhones</mark>.

Purchasing more devices is certainly effective; however, it is not the most streamlined option. The approach that most agencies move forward with is purchasing dedicated Phone Boxes that house 20 devices within a single enclosure:

<figure><img src="/files/L9YuTv6zMQo3CHPoklhM" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In case you want to learn more about Phone Boxes, you can visit CrownDevices.com and read the dedicated Phone Box section so that you can get a better understanding of what they are. However, just to quickly summarize why they are extremely beneficial for agencies running large-scale clipping operations:

1. **Built-In Cooling** – Phone Boxes have cooling fans built into them to help prevent devices from overheating while simultaneously dispersing heat more efficiently.
2. **Battery Removal** – The devices inside the Phone Box typically have their batteries removed, which eliminates the risk of battery swelling and potential damage to the devices.
3. **Cleaner and Safer Setup** – All cables are secured within the enclosure, meaning there are no exposed wires hanging around the workspace. This not only makes the setup cleaner but also significantly safer than having dozens of individual devices connected directly to a PC.

The Phone Box supplier that I recommend is [CrownDevices.com](https://crowndevices.com). They specifically build Phone Boxes for agencies operating at scale, making them a solid option for users looking to run large clipping operations.

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th align="center"></th><th data-hidden data-card-cover data-type="image">Cover image</th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center"><strong>CrownDevices</strong></td><td><a href="/files/TISl4r51oq7Oei5DnkbQ">/files/TISl4r51oq7Oei5DnkbQ</a></td><td><a href="https://crowndevices.com">https://crowndevices.com</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

Once again, you can use regular devices as well—they work completely fine. It's just that Phone Boxes make things much more streamlined when managing a larger number of devices.

<mark style="color:$success;">**Device Screen Mirroring**</mark>

Once you have your devices ready, an efficient way to manage them without manually opening and checking each one is to connect the phones to your computer and install a screen-mirroring software called [**CrownScreens**](https://crownscreens.com). From there, you can view and manage all of your devices from a single dashboard directly on your desktop.

<figure><img src="/files/jfdvy8nfUisKEmxMqprS" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In case you have a Phone Box, you will ultimately need to connect the devices to your computer anyway, since the devices do not come with screens. The only practical way to use them is through this software. The software is made by the same company that manufactures the Phone Boxes (**CrownDevices**), so the two products are designed to work together seamlessly.

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th align="center"></th><th data-hidden data-card-cover data-type="image">Cover image</th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center"><strong>CrownScreens</strong></td><td><a href="/files/uGoK5bmNLGoiGA3ds5o6">/files/uGoK5bmNLGoiGA3ds5o6</a></td><td><a href="https://crownscreens.com">https://crownscreens.com</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

<mark style="color:$success;">**Posting**</mark>

One of the reasons why [CrownScreens](https://crownscreens.com) is so effective for running large-scale clipping operations is because the dashboard allows you to efficiently post videos directly from your desktop. This makes managing large numbers of devices significantly easier, since you can control and interact with all of them from a single interface rather than handling each device individually.

<figure><img src="/files/1B85dtcwOZfQsc4kj4Cz" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The reason why this is so effective is because you can directly save all of the videos processed through DuplyFI to your desktop. From there, you can upload the videos to Instagram by clicking the "Import" button, as shown above within the CrownScreens dashboard, and directly transfer the content to the device.

This dashboard has made the posting process much more streamlined. Without it, you would need to upload the videos to a Google Drive folder, sign into a Google account on each device, download the content across all of the devices, and then post everything one device at a time. CrownScreens simplifies this process significantly for agencies managing 10, 50, or even 100+ devices.

There are many other things you can do with this software; however, the full list would be quite extensive. I suggest downloading the software yourself (it is free for the first 40 devices) and exploring the available features and settings.

For the purposes of this guide, however, we simply need a way to view and control the screens so that we can move on to the next step, which is downloading the Instagram apps and cloning them so that we can run 10, 20, or even up to 40 accounts per device.

<figure><img src="/files/8aKZUkeCOflQm3QX2RE5" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:$success;">**Installing Instagram / Cloning**</mark>

Just from the image above, you can see that there are multiple Instagram clones installed on each device. The reason for this is that it allows us to manage more accounts and post more videos across more profiles, maximizing the resources we have available.

Basically, what I am saying is: why only have one account per device when you can install 20+ Instagram clones and use them to post content as well?

The application that allows us to clone the Instagram app is called [**Nomix Cloner**](https://t.me/nomixcloner_bot?start=AQLZPJ0I). You can check out their website, and I also recommend watching the video below to get a better understanding of how the software works and how to use it.<br>

{% embed url="<https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=1s&v=akZgAD-ElmY>" %}

<mark style="color:$warning;">**Tip:**</mark>

In the video, you’ll notice that once you create the Instagram clones using the Nomix Bot, you end up receiving download links for each clone. In the tutorial, the user transfers those download links to each device using a USB stick. That being said, a much more streamlined approach is to simply create a spreadsheet and paste all of the download links into it so you can stay organized. From there, using [CrownScreens](https://crownscreens.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com), you can simply copy and paste each download link directly into the browser on the device and download the Instagram clones from there without needing to use USB sticks at all.

<figure><img src="/files/PEsCHBCG8rvNg6lJrBlN" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th align="center"></th><th data-hidden data-card-cover data-type="image">Cover image</th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center"><strong>Nomix Cloner</strong></td><td><a href="/files/wNHE3OlzONmjU01FC7G0">/files/wNHE3OlzONmjU01FC7G0</a></td><td><a href="https://t.me/nomixcloner_bot?start=AQLZPJ0I">https://t.me/nomixcloner_bot?start=AQLZPJ0I</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

<mark style="color:$success;">**VPN / Internet Connection Detials**</mark>

This is quite an important section since, before you can actually start logging into the accounts, you need to carefully follow the correct login procedure so that the accounts do not get linked and flagged. Instagram can quickly detect when there is unusual activity happening at the device level, and if we do not pay close attention to how we log into the clones, we can get the accounts flagged before we even reach the posting phase.

What we want to do first is download a VPN app from the App Store. I recommend [NordVPN](https://nordvpn.com/), as that is the one we personally use, along with other agencies we work with:

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th align="center"></th><th data-hidden data-card-cover data-type="image">Cover image</th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center"><strong>NordVPN</strong></td><td><a href="/files/Zy9thZZUkXYQCzqnvLIt">/files/Zy9thZZUkXYQCzqnvLIt</a></td><td><a href="https://nordvpn.com/">https://nordvpn.com/</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

Select any plan; they are all quite affordable:

<figure><img src="/files/kPBebPTG9kONtkhwHHya" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:$warning;">**Disclaimer:**</mark>

<mark style="color:$warning;">You can only have 2 devices sharing the same NordVPN account. In our case, that is totally fine since we can create up to 40 clones per device, and across 2 phones, that is 80 accounts in total. In case you have 20 devices, you can simply get 10 NordVPN accounts, which will cover all 20 devices.</mark>

<mark style="color:$warning;">The reason we are using a VPN instead of our home or office internet connection is because if we start logging into 100+ accounts from the same network, Instagram can detect the large number of accounts connecting from the same IP address and may flag the profiles. When we use a VPN, we have the option within the app to change the location each time we log into a new profile, which helps prevent the accounts from getting linked together.</mark>

The important part that you need to carefully understand is that anytime you log into an Instagram account, you need to make sure that the VPN is turned on. In addition, whenever you log into another account, you should switch the VPN location to a different city so that the previously logged-in account does not get linked to the new one you are entering.

The next thing you need to understand is that once the accounts are officially logged in, and before you start posting videos, you should continue changing the VPN location to a different city before moving on to the next account. The reason this is important is because if you do not do this, the same content is being posted using the same VPN IP address, which can reduce the chances of the posts performing well.

We want to change the VPN location to a different city each time we upload content to a different account. The reason we are only changing cities and not switching to completely different countries is because that behavior can appear unnatural. For example, it would not be normal for someone to post a video in Canada and then suddenly appear to be posting from the United States a short time later.

Simply rotate the VPN to a different city before moving on to the next account. This helps reduce the chances of accounts being linked together and can improve the overall stability of your posting operation.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Additional Comments:**</mark>

This summarizes the foundational information you need to start scaling your clipping operations. At any point during the setup process, you can simply refer back to these guides and continue from there.

The goal of this section was not to overwhelm you with every possible detail, but rather to provide you with the core tools, resources, and concepts needed to build a clipping operation that can scale beyond just a handful of accounts.

As you gain more experience, you will naturally develop your own workflows, posting schedules, and management systems. However, the tools and resources mentioned throughout this guide will provide a solid foundation that many agencies use to efficiently manage large numbers of accounts and devices.

Below is a list of all the tools and resources that I personally recommend for scaling clipping operations as effectively as possible:

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th align="center"></th><th align="center"></th><th data-hidden data-card-cover data-type="image">Cover image</th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center"><strong>PhoneBoxes</strong></td><td align="center"></td><td><a href="/files/TISl4r51oq7Oei5DnkbQ">/files/TISl4r51oq7Oei5DnkbQ</a></td><td><a href="https://crowndevices.com">https://crowndevices.com</a></td></tr><tr><td align="center"><strong>Screen Mirroring</strong></td><td align="center"></td><td><a href="/files/uGoK5bmNLGoiGA3ds5o6">/files/uGoK5bmNLGoiGA3ds5o6</a></td><td><a href="https://crownscreens.com">https://crownscreens.com</a></td></tr><tr><td align="center"><strong>Link In Bio Tool</strong></td><td align="center"><mark style="color:violet;"><strong>Discount Code: ToyBox10</strong></mark></td><td><a href="/files/5DoVC49B5QswRoTVP4ng">/files/5DoVC49B5QswRoTVP4ng</a></td><td><a href="https://try.getallmylinks.com/?ref=toybox">https://try.getallmylinks.com/?ref=toybox</a></td></tr><tr><td align="center"><strong>ToyBoxAccounts</strong></td><td align="center"></td><td><a href="/files/aPoEFpfEsTwkN1EOMyEG">/files/aPoEFpfEsTwkN1EOMyEG</a></td><td><a href="https://toyboxaccounts.com">https://toyboxaccounts.com</a></td></tr><tr><td align="center"><strong>Nomix Cloner</strong></td><td align="center"></td><td><a href="/files/wNHE3OlzONmjU01FC7G0">/files/wNHE3OlzONmjU01FC7G0</a></td><td><a href="https://t.me/nomixcloner_bot?start=AQLZPJ0I">https://t.me/nomixcloner_bot?start=AQLZPJ0I</a></td></tr></tbody></table>
