# Account Warmup & Safe Login Guide

<figure><img src="/files/uMjOiSIhSoYpTV93DWyL" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This guide will walk you through step-by-step strategies for safely logging into Instagram accounts and properly warming them up afterward. You’ll learn different methods to help reduce bans, blocks, checkpoints, and shadowbans while building more authentic and reliable profiles.

### <mark style="color:$warning;">Disclaimer</mark>:

It is your responsibility to carefully follow the instructions outlined in this guide. That being said, even if you follow everything exactly as explained, you may still experience bans, blocks, checkpoints, captchas, or human verifications on a portion of the accounts you log in and profile. Even if this affects around 10–12% of your accounts, the overall goal is to reduce as many suspensions, blocks, and verification issues as possible by carefully following the procedures outlined throughout this guide so that you can continue performing automation more consistently.

That being said, even if you do experience suspensions, blocks, or bans, I’m also going to show you some of the methods our agency, along with other agencies we work closely with, use to recover some of those accounts so they can continue being used for automation afterward.

I wanted to make this section very clear because this is not some magical “100% guaranteed fix” solution. Instead, the purpose of this guide is to show you how to significantly minimize the number of bans, suspensions, and verification issues that occur, while also teaching you some methods that may help recover accounts that do run into issues.

### <mark style="color:blue;">Automation Tools</mark>

Ok, so now I’m going to go over all the tools and resources that we use to successfully log into the accounts and warm them up so they are ready for automation. In case you haven’t already, make sure to read the “Ultimate Model Marketing Guide” first so you understand what kind of automation I’m referring to, and so that everything I explain in this section makes more sense.

Here are the tools you are going to use for this setup. I advise that you go through each of the websites and make yourself familiar with what each service is, how it works, and how it can specifically be used for your automation setup.

We are partnered with most of these services, so you can be assured that they are well known within this space. That being said, even though we do frequently update our guides, it is still your responsibility to thoroughly check each service provider yourself before deciding what you want to use.

\ <br>

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th align="center"></th><th data-hidden data-card-cover data-type="image">Cover image</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center"><strong>Onimator</strong></td><td><a href="/files/1rY4FuyCg576C7wpRRYM">/files/1rY4FuyCg576C7wpRRYM</a></td></tr><tr><td align="center"><strong>Geelark</strong></td><td><a href="/files/jEpS8qXlFI47GMRbEx1Y">/files/jEpS8qXlFI47GMRbEx1Y</a></td></tr><tr><td align="center"><strong>Nomix Cloner</strong></td><td><a href="/files/wNHE3OlzONmjU01FC7G0">/files/wNHE3OlzONmjU01FC7G0</a></td></tr><tr><td align="center"><strong>Bart Proxies</strong></td><td><a href="/files/CNhcBTRVcrzBVT8NEsk4">/files/CNhcBTRVcrzBVT8NEsk4</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

Just to give you a quick rundown before you go through everything below, I’m going to briefly explain why you need each service, what purpose it serves within the automation setup, and what you could possibly substitute some of the options for in case you decide to approach Instagram automation differently.

Onimator is the software that performs actions across physical devices. The reason why Onimator is extremely important is because it uses real Android devices to perform actions such as follows, likes, comments, unfollows, story views, and many other actions that Instagram naturally allows. Onimator has a much more comprehensive list of supported actions on their website.

### <mark style="color:blue;">Onimator Alternatives:</mark>

There are alternatives to Onimator. However, the services I am going to mention below do not use physical devices to perform actions. Before I mention the other services, I want to make something very clear:

Anytime you are using real physical devices to perform actions, it is generally going to be the safest option compared to the alternatives I’m about to mention. That being said, you absolutely can use the other services, and they do work for some of the agency owners we are partnered with. However, when using these alternatives, you need to be much more cautious regarding:

* The types of actions you perform
* The amount of actions you perform
* How aggressively you automate the accounts

Most of the following “Onimator Alternatives” are typically used for different purposes rather than heavy action-based automation such as follows, likes, comments, and unfollows. I’ll explain what each platform is generally better suited for below.

That being said, I personally wouldn’t really consider them true “Onimator Alternatives,” since both ourselves and many of the agencies we work closely with still believe that real-device automation through [Onimator](https://onimator.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) is extremely important and realistically cannot be fully substituted if your primary goal is long-term action-based Instagram automation.

However, I still want to show you what other tools exist on the market so you understand:

* What options are available
* What each tool is specifically good for
* What situations they may still be useful in depending on your own setup and goals.”

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th align="center"></th><th data-hidden data-card-cover data-type="image">Cover image</th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center">Anti Detect Browser | Ads Power</td><td><a href="/files/7sLbroNivfqouqNEYN9t">/files/7sLbroNivfqouqNEYN9t</a></td><td><a href="https://www.adspower.com/share/ToyBox">https://www.adspower.com/share/ToyBox</a></td></tr><tr><td align="center">Susocial</td><td><a href="/files/rbOHsOcZB9INRig29qYM">/files/rbOHsOcZB9INRig29qYM</a></td><td><a href="https://susocial.com/">https://susocial.com/</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

<mark style="color:$success;">**Step 1: Purchasing Accounts**</mark>

Use any of the suppliers below to purchase accounts. Our personal supplier is [ToyBoxAccounts.com](https://toyboxaccounts.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com); however, you are free to choose whichever alternative supplier works best for you. We are directly partnered with ToyBox Accounts and have personally purchased over 150,000 accounts from them, and overall they have been working well for our setups

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th align="center"></th><th data-hidden data-card-cover data-type="image">Cover image</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center"><strong>ToyBox Accounts</strong></td><td><a href="/files/aPoEFpfEsTwkN1EOMyEG">/files/aPoEFpfEsTwkN1EOMyEG</a></td></tr><tr><td align="center"><strong>ACC Markets</strong></td><td><a href="/files/JG2S8oaGJGY0WHPyFEgn">/files/JG2S8oaGJGY0WHPyFEgn</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

<mark style="color:$success;">**Step 2: Organizing the Accounts**</mark>

It is very important that you have a proper way of organizing your accounts. This becomes especially important if you eventually decide to scale and grow your agency, since you’ll want a centralized location where you can access and manage all of your account credentials in one place. Our agency personally uses Google Sheets because it allows our VAs (Virtual Staff Members) to access account credentials, organize profiles, track statuses, and manage information all from one centralized location.

<figure><img src="/files/BtsF6NtOzYZjoJoGqsVh" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Username | Password | Email | Email Password | 2FA | Bio | Link

Another reason why it’s very useful to have a spreadsheet containing all of your account details is because it allows you to quickly copy and paste login credentials while setting up accounts on physical devices. In case you are unsure what I’m referring to, make sure to read the “Ultimate Instagram Model Marketing Guide.” By having everything organized inside a spreadsheet, you can simply copy and paste the credentials directly into the Instagram clones instead of manually typing every username and password character out one-by-one. This helps save a significant amount of time and makes the entire account login and setup process much more seamless and efficient.\
\ <mark style="color:$success;">**Step 2. Device Screen Casting**</mark>

An efficient way of logging into multiple Instagram accounts is to use a screen-sharing software such as Multi-Screen. If you are using [Onimator](https://portal.onimator.com/r/0ZQZN0), the platform already includes a built-in screen-sharing button in the corner, which works perfectly fine for smaller setups. However, for agencies managing 100+ devices, we highly recommend downloading a dedicated third-party screen-sharing software instead, since it makes the entire login and account setup process much more seamless and efficient.

<figure><img src="/files/jfdvy8nfUisKEmxMqprS" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

\ <mark style="color:$success;">**Step 3. Logging in Process - 8-12 Accounts/Clones Per Device**</mark>&#x20;

Now, this section is quite important because many of you might think that it’s best to install as many Instagram clones across your devices as possible so that you can run more profiles within a 24-hour period. However, the reason we personally recommend installing only 8–12 clones per device and housing only 8–12 accounts per phone is because of the following:

There are only 24 hours in a day.\
So, for example, if you decide to install 24 accounts across 24 Instagram clones on a single device, you are essentially limiting each account to only 1 hour of runtime for performing actions.

Our goal is to allow each account to run for at least around 2 hours per day so the profiles have enough time to properly perform actions throughout the scheduling cycle.

The second reason we recommend staying within the 8–12 account range is because, from our own testing, we noticed that anytime we started running more than around 12–16 accounts per device, the accounts somehow began getting linked together more often, and we started seeing a higher number of:

* Verifications
* Checkpoints
* Suspensions
* Action blocks

By all means, feel free to test this yourself and experiment with your own setup. However, if you want to follow the setup structure that our agency personally uses, then we strongly recommend sticking within the 8–12 account range per device

<mark style="color:$warning;">**IP Rotation:**</mark>

This is a very essential part of the login process. You need to make sure that you are rotating the IP address every time you log into a new account. In the event that you don’t do this, Instagram’s anti-spam systems may start noticing that multiple account logins are coming from the exact same IP address, which can increase the chances of the accounts getting linked, flagged, or hit with verification checkpoints.

That being said, in order to help reduce this risk, you generally want to do one of the following:

* Use a 4G rotating proxy and rotate the IP address between each new account login\
  OR
* Use a static residential proxy and only log into around 3–5 accounts per IP address

With our current setup, we personally use a 4G rotating proxy connected to our devices, and each time we log into a new account, we rotate the IP address before continuing. This helps reduce the chances of the accounts becoming linked together during the login process.

In case you want to see how our setup works in more detail, refer to our Proxy Section here:

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th align="center"></th><th data-hidden data-card-cover data-type="image">Cover image</th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center"><strong>Proxy Section</strong></td><td><a href="/files/XAMuTL6Ri65tY3nKWni3">/files/XAMuTL6Ri65tY3nKWni3</a></td><td><a href="/pages/A0ij0U0Iyqi6LZ8iSNUu">/pages/A0ij0U0Iyqi6LZ8iSNUu</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

That being said, it’s essential that you use a unique IP address for each account login. In other words, you want to make sure there is an IP rotation between every login session.

This is extremely important because it helps reduce the chances of accounts getting linked together, especially during the account warmup and initial login process.

### <mark style="color:blue;">Simcard Method</mark>

In case you are using a physical SIM card inside each device with its own data plan, you can simply toggle airplane mode on and off in order to rotate the device’s IP address.

The idea behind this is that anytime the device is using cellular data, it receives an IP address assigned from the nearby cellular tower. That being said, when you toggle airplane mode on and off, the device reconnects to the mobile network, which can force the connection to refresh and assign the device a new IP address.

![](https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXfu7IQKzUI9-uFL2R19qzfwEdmopB6r87IijcWYhl10V-0SiKkdAzulAPM3Z7avlw3DME2OJ_v3Hkwa7FZuyWyqm-IMYkAV7dT72vDiLp-3TVHmxpY8r9WtN_CScmXh_SdRBFYa0g?key=k7m-8hTD1frrvYHwgaA0zhlC)

That being said, the reason our agency does not use the SIM card method and instead uses the Proxy Method is because we do not use physical SIM cards with data plans inside our devices. Since our agency is located in North America, data plan prices are typically around $40–$70 USD per month, which can become extremely costly, especially once you start running 100+ devices.

Because of that, our team personally uses the Proxy Setup Method instead, and honestly, that is what we recommend most users use as well since it makes much more sense from a cost perspective.

### <mark style="color:blue;">Proxy Method</mark>

Just like I mentioned above, another option is to use a proxy service to manually rotate IP addresses between account logins. The app we personally recommend is SuperProxy, which is available on the Android App Store.

The process works like this:

* Purchase a 4G proxy
* Connect the proxy to the SuperProxy app
* Use your proxy provider’s dashboard to manually rotate the IP each time you log into a new account

The whole point behind this is to make sure that every account login happens on a different IP address so that the accounts are less likely to get linked together during the login and warmup process.

<figure><img src="/files/vvW0GfmHwU8zzNCJvu4z" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In case you are unsure what a proxy is, what it is specifically used for, or how to properly set one up, go over to this section here (Proxy Section) and familiarize yourself with it so that you understand exactly what you need at this stage to get started with your setup.

<mark style="color:$success;">**Step 4. Warmup Settings**</mark>

Now that you have safely logged into all the accounts across all the devices, it’s time to begin warming up the accounts. At this point, you can turn the 4G proxy off through the SuperProxy app (or at least stop it from constantly rotating). IP rotation is mainly required when you are first logging into accounts or when you need to make profile edits such as:

* Changing the username
* Updating the display name
* Editing the bio
* Adding or changing the link
* Updating the profile picture
* Uploading posts

Unless you are doing one of those things, you can generally stop the proxy from constantly rotating, since frequent IP rotations can sometimes flag the accounts as well. That being said, once the accounts are logged in, you can simply stop the rotation and allow the accounts to begin performing actions, even if that means the accounts are temporarily sharing the same IP address. That is generally fine, especially when using a 4G proxy setup.

Just like I mentioned in the Proxy Section (REFER TO HERE), with a 4G proxy, it’s generally possible to have a fairly large number of accounts share the same IP connection. Because of that, it’s perfectly fine to stop the rotation unless you are:

* Logging into new accounts
* Changing profile information
* Making sensitive profile edits

That being said, the Warmup Settings section is extremely important because this is where many users make mistakes.

A lot of people log into the accounts and immediately begin changing:

* The username
* Name
* Profile picture
* Bio
* Link
* Posts

We need to make sure that we carefully follow the warmup process correctly before doing those things.

If we begin making profile changes too early or too aggressively, the accounts can end up getting hit with verification checkpoints or human verification blocks. While it is sometimes possible to recover accounts through appeals and verification requests, it’s much better to avoid triggering those issues in the first place by following the proper warmup process from the beginning.

#### <mark style="color:$warning;">Disclaimer!</mark>

In the event that you actually want to start changing the Username, Name, Profile Picture, Bio, and Link of the accounts, you should first warm up the accounts for a minimum of around 22 days.

If you try doing these changes too early, there is a much higher chance that the account will trigger a human verification checkpoint, meaning you may end up having to solve captchas or go through additional verification steps just to regain access to the profile.

The reason for this is because it is not considered normal behavior for a user to suddenly log into a new account from a completely new environment and immediately begin changing all of the account credentials and profile information.

Because of that, many agencies wait roughly 22 days before making major profile edits.

During that warmup period, they instead focus on preparing the accounts in other ways so that by the time the profiles reach that point, everything else is already ready to go.

For example:

* Preparing posts
* Adding followers to help the profile appear more natural
* Slowly interacting with content
* Building basic account history
* Making the profile look more established over time

The whole idea is to prepare everything ahead of time so that once the accounts are properly warmed up, you can begin making profile changes much more safely

### <mark style="color:blue;">Warmup Settings</mark>

Day 1: Login to all the profiles on each seperate Clone. In case you are unsure how to login create clones; refer to this section here (APP CLONER SECTION).

Day 2: 5 follows (Maximum 5 Follows Per Hour)

Day 3: 6 Follows (Maximum 5 Follows Per Hour)

Day 4: Rest Day

Day 5: Rest Day

Day 6: 7 Follows (Maxium 5 Follows Per Hour) + You Can Start Adding Posts

Day 7: 8 Follows (Maxium 5 Follows Per Hour)

Day 8: 9 Follows (Maxium 5 Follows Per Hour)

Day 9: Now; as soon as you reach day 9; you can now update the profile Picture.&#x20;

Day 10-21: Continue gradually increasing the follow limit until you eventually reach around 40–50 follows per day. It is also best to add break days throughout the week, since this gives the accounts time to rest and helps reduce the chances of detection. In addition to that, make sure that you do not surpass roughly 5 follows per hour. Anything above that starts increasing the risk of the accounts getting flagged or detected

&#x20;Day 22 Change Bio

Day 23: Change Link

Day 24: Change Username/Name

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th align="center"></th><th align="center"></th><th data-hidden data-card-cover data-type="image">Cover image</th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center"><strong>ToyBoxAccounts</strong></td><td align="center"></td><td><a href="/files/aPoEFpfEsTwkN1EOMyEG">/files/aPoEFpfEsTwkN1EOMyEG</a></td><td><a href="https://toyboxaccounts.com">https://toyboxaccounts.com</a></td></tr><tr><td align="center"><strong>Onimator</strong></td><td align="center"><mark style="color:violet;"><strong>Discount Code: ToyBox20</strong></mark></td><td><a href="/files/1rY4FuyCg576C7wpRRYM">/files/1rY4FuyCg576C7wpRRYM</a></td><td><a href="https://portal.onimator.com/r/0ZQZN0">https://portal.onimator.com/r/0ZQZN0</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

All the accounts can share the same IP when you are performing actions such as liking posts, following users, commenting, and so forth (Given its 40-80 Accounts per 4G proxy / or 3-5 accounts per Static Proxy)

However, anytime you:

* Log into new accounts\
  OR
* Make any type of profile adjustment (as seen starting around Day 22 in the warmup procedure)

you must attach your 4G rotating proxy to the SuperProxy app and ensure that you rotate the IP each time you make a change.

You should also rotate the IP again before moving onto the next account

<figure><img src="/files/vvW0GfmHwU8zzNCJvu4z" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Another thing to note here is that you probably noticed I mentioned that when we begin the warmup procedure, we typically start with around 5 follows per day and then gradually increase the follow limit by around 1 additional follow each day after.The way our agency keeps track of these gradual increases and scheduled actions is by using [Onimator](https://portal.onimator.com/r/0ZQZN0).

They also have a feature within their dashboard that allows you to set an “Auto Increment Daily Limit,” which helps automate and keep track of your warmup follow limits as the accounts gradually scale up over time.

<figure><img src="/files/ITqYQzDtTIpazjg8WOIR" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Another way you can perform these tasks is by hiring Virtual Assistants from websites such as [OFMJobs](https://www.ofmjobs.com/?a=toybox) and having them remotely access your PC using [AnyDesk](https://anydesk.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com). From there, they can control your device dashboard using [CrownScreens](https://crownscreens.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) and manually perform actions across the accounts

<figure><img src="/files/jfdvy8nfUisKEmxMqprS" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* Start with 5 follows per day
* Then add roughly 1 additional follow each day afterward
* Continue increasing gradually until you eventually reach around 40–50 follows per day

For example:

Either way, you can choose to approach it however you like. As for our team personally, we use [Onimator](https://portal.onimator.com/r/0ZQZN0) to handle the incremental follow increases during the warmup process.

### <mark style="color:blue;">Alternative Approach To Profiling (Not Tested Yet- In Progress):</mark>

Another possible way you can PROFILE accounts (not warm them up through actions, all actions such as follows, likes, comments, etc. should still ideally be done through physical devices) is by using [GeeLark](https://app.geelark.com/#/register/?invite_code=ToyBox)&#x20;

The idea behind this method is that once you approach around Day 22 of the warmup schedule, you can then begin logging into the GeeLark dashboard and start profiling the accounts from there.

Just to give you a better idea of the difference between [GeeLark](https://app.geelark.com/#/register/?invite_code=ToyBox) and [Onimator](https://portal.onimator.com/r/0ZQZN0):

* GeeLark mimics/emulates a real device
* Onimator only works using real physical devices

That being said, one of the risks associated with using GeeLark for profiling is that Instagram could potentially detect that GeeLark is acting as a device emulator rather than a true physical phone, which could then increase the chances of the profile getting flagged.

That being said, our team is still actively testing this approach ourselves.

One of the major advantages that comes with using [GeeLark](https://app.geelark.com/#/register/?invite_code=ToyBox) over using [CrownScreens](https://crownscreens.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) to profile accounts is that GeeLark has a very well-built cloud dashboard that can be accessed from anywhere in the world. What this means is that your VAs (Virtual Assistants) do not need to remotely connect into your office PCs using [AnyDesk](https://anydesk.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) just to profile accounts. Instead, they can simply log directly into the dedicated GeeLark cloud dashboard and manage the profiles from there, which is often much more streamlined overall since nobody has to worry about:

* Office internet speeds
* Remote desktop lag
* Wi-Fi drops
* AnyDesk connection issues
* PC performance bottlenecks<br>

<figure><img src="/files/z2CbUYlKll6YtgorHN3p" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/on6k1WEd8kflniMIrFUc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

For now, you can test [GeeLark](https://app.geelark.com/#/register/?invite_code=ToyBox) yourself and see how it works for your setup. Our team is still actively testing whether it is fully safe and effective to use GeeLark specifically for profiling accounts while simultaneously using [Onimator](https://portal.onimator.com/r/0ZQZN0) for the actual automation actions. We should hopefully have a more concrete update regarding this method soon once we complete more testing across our setups.

### <mark style="color:blue;">Adding Posts:</mark>

When it comes to adding images and videos to the accounts, [CrownScreens](https://crownscreens.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) actually has a feature that allows you to sync images and videos directly from your desktop to all of your connected devices. This makes the process of uploading content to the accounts much more streamlined since you don’t have to manually transfer files to each phone one-by-one.

Here is where that option is located:

<figure><img src="/files/1B85dtcwOZfQsc4kj4Cz" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Once you click that option, you can directly import pictures and videos from your desktop onto your devices without having to log into Google Drive on every individual device and manually download the files one-by-one. Instead, you can simply select all the devices you want, upload everything at once, and make the entire process much more streamlined and efficient. Typically, you can have a Virtual Assistant help you with this process. However, the most important part is simply having an efficient method for getting the content onto the devices in the first place.

### &#x20;<mark style="color:blue;">Alternative Approach To Posting (Onimator)</mark>

You can also use the posting feature built directly into [Onimator](https://portal.onimator.com/r/0ZQZN0) to schedule when you want posts to be uploaded.

This method is also very streamlined because the software itself pulls the images and videos directly from your desktop and then automatically uploads them to the accounts once the scheduled posting time is reached. So instead of using [CrownScreens](https://crownscreens.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) to manually upload the content onto the devices first, you can simply go to the “Post” section inside Onimator and schedule the exact time you want the software to post for you automatically, without needing to manually open Instagram and upload everything yourself.The only real manual part required in this process is initially setting up and scheduling the posting times within the software itself.”

<figure><img src="/files/egIikceyFV4wTwZ8vLw4" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/m7D2IubuVWxCXorqhzyV" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/7ixKGGLI3KHFMpCZsA1h" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### <mark style="color:blue;">Alternative Approach To Posting (Not Tested Yet- In Progress):</mark>

You can also use [GeeLark](https://app.geelark.com/#/register/?invite_code=ToyBox) and upload posts in a very similar way by using their built-in “Import” feature inside the device emulators. The overall process is pretty much the same. However, once again, the main thing to keep in mind is that GeeLark uses device emulation rather than real physical devices, which could potentially increase the chances of the profiles getting flagged.

That being said, our team has not fully tested this method yet, and we are still in the process of running more tests ourselves. As soon as we get more concrete feedback and results, we will make sure to update this section so anyone interested in this type of posting method can better understand how safe and effective it actually is.

<figure><img src="/files/2qzP6wJTbi42atQsSXGN" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Anyways, the primary idea here is simply to make sure that you have an efficient and streamlined way of uploading images and videos onto the devices so that the accounts can be properly profiled and prepared effectively.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://toyboxmarketing.gitbook.io/guides/readme/account-warmup-and-safe-login-guide.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
